Another thing the beginning of April marks for all who have visited is the opening of Wilfong’s Cajun Shack and Oyster Bar located in beautiful Bluff Dale, TX.
Wilfong’s opens the first weekend in April and runs through September each year. Wilfong’s serves authentic Cajun recipe’s guaranteed to keep you coming back for more. They serve oysters on the half shell, boiled crawfish, boiled shrimp, boudin, gumbo, crawfish pie, Cajun chicken and more.
Wilfong’s offers covered outdoor seating with an atmosphere that’s second to none. They are BYOB so bring feel free to bring your coolers and enjoy amazing authentic Cajun cuisine. Wilfong’s is open April – September. Operating hours are Friday 6:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Saturday & Sunday 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
